Miller Dynasty TIG Power Source

With multiprocess capabilities and features like Auto-Line™, AC TIG, pulse and high-frequency arc starts, the Dynasty 300 Multiprocess is the most versatile, portable machine in its class. This is the tried tested and true TIG welding power source that has become a staple in shops across the world.

Features:

Intuitive Interface LCD Display

Ensure proper machine setup and parameter selection with informative on-screen explanations and dynamic images.

Program Memory

Allows easy naming, saving and recalling of favorite weld settings.

Pro-Set Feature (professional settings)

This feature eliminates the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Use Pro-Set when you want the speed, convenience and confidence of pre-set controls. Simply select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set appears on the display. The Pro-Set feature is available for Balance, Frequency, Pulse and DIG parameters.

Locks and Limits

Provides control of the weld parameter ranges minimizing deviations from the welding procedure specifications (WPS).

QuietPulse™

QuietPulse is activated by changing the waveshape for DC pulse welding, creating a slower, more fluid transition between the background and peak amperage to create the least possible audible noise.

USB Port

Provides the ability to easily update software, back-up settings and transfer saved weld programs from one unit to the next.

Auto-Line™ Technology

For portability and reliability this inverter power supply allows for any single-phase input voltage hookup (208–600 V) with no manual linking, providing convenience in any job setting. Ideal solution for dirty or unreliable power.

Stick Features

Tailored arc control (DIG) allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Smooth running 7018 or stiffer, more penetrating 6010. Hot Start™ adaptive control provides positive arc starts without sticking.

MIG

CV output of the power source gives this unit MIG process capabilities when paired with an ArcReach® 8 or 12 (or other voltage-sensing feeder).

Blue Lightning™

High-frequency (HF) arc starter for non-contact arc initiation. Provides more consistent arc starts and greater reliability compared to traditional HF arc starters.

Cooler-On-Demand™

Feature operates the auxiliary cooling system only when needed, reducing noise, energy use, and airborne contaminants pulled through the cooler.

Fan-On-Demand™

Cooling system operates only when needed, reducing noise, energy use and the amount of contaminants pulled through machine.

AC Frequency Control

Control the width of the arc cone and can improve directional control of the arc with adjustments between 50-150 Hertz.

Welder in repair shop

I know it's not your fault but my new machine failed the first time I went to use it and it has been at the repair shop now 2 weeks plus and I was counting on this machine.I am now behind on orders that I need to deliver.I now have to probably rent a machine to get caught up and that means paying for two machines.Again I know it's not on your end but very frustrating on my end.So at this time I can't give a reveiw of the machine that did not work.
