Weldready domestic shipping policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise advised. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
If there are any known delays, the customer will be advised via email. If an order contains a product that is back ordered, Weldready will advise the customer and hold the shipment until complete.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed by Weldready. This will only occur during business hours Monday to Friday.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free Standard Shipping
- Spend over $200 before taxes and receive *free standard shipping within Canada.
*Exceptions to free shipping apply to all machines and other heavy or over-sized products, including large filler metal/welding cable orders. Our team will notify you via email if additional charges apply. - Weldready reserves the right to choose the shipping method for standard shipping.
- Please note, if selecting small packet air this will not include a tracking number and can take 10-14 days for delivery.

Shipment to PO Box
Shipments to PO boxes are accepted. Please provide any additional information at checkout that may support the selected courier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Weldready is not responsible for any customs, taxes and import charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@weld-ready.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
As per our Refund Policy, we ask that you please inspect your order upon reception and refuse any packages damaged by the courier. Internal or concealed damage must be reported to Weldready within five business days of receipt. Please include pictures of the damaged goods in an email sent to shipping@weld-ready.ca and we will replace all damaged goods as long as they are in unused condition.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations are considered on a case by case basis. It is our primary goal to work together to get you the products you need. Orders for custom and made to spec items cannot be cancelled once built (e.g., cut to length weld cable or TIG amperage controls). If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after placing the order, a 5% credit card processing fee may be incurred.
Return policy
As per our Return Policy, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. All merchandise returned to Weldready must have a pre-approved Returned Goods Authorization number, which can be obtained by contacting Weldready at the email address provided below. RGA numbers must be clearly marked on merchandise packaging and documentation. Weldready will not assume responsibility for returned goods shipping costs and refunds will not reflect original shipping costs. Only current catalog items in new condition without modification will be accepted for return within 30 days. Returned goods are subject to a quality inspection upon receiving and will be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25% of the purchase price based on inspection. Special order items as well as respiratory products may not be returned.
