Weldready has a 30-day Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@weld-ready.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RGA #, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be refused. To ensure a smooth return please make sure that all goods are packed properly and securely, Weldready will not assume responsibility goods damaged during return transit. Please note, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted in writing and authorized by Weldready.

Damages/issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and refuse any packages damaged by the courier. Weldready will not offer any exchanges, refunds or replacements to damaged goods once it has been signed for and accepted. Internal or concealed damage must be reported to Weldready within five business days of receipt. Please include pictures of the damaged goods in an email sent to shipping@weld-ready.ca and we will replace all damaged goods as long as they are in unused condition.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please email shipping@weld-ready.ca with details about your request. The fastest way to do so is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note, returned goods will be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25% of the purchase price based on inspection.
