This 250 Amp M-25 Classic Miller Style MIG Gun is a carefully selected aftermarket, OEM-compatible product designed to match the fit, feel and performance of the discontinued MIGmatic M-25 MIG gun—at a practical price point.

This gun is ideal for daily shop use on 200–250 amp MIG welders. The rigid, impact-resistant handle delivers a familiar grip and balanced feel, while the responsive trigger provides consistent arc starts and dependable control. Classic Miller M-series consumable compatibility makes replacements easy to source and fast to change.

The housing of the power pin machine connection is intentionally slim to ensure full compatibility with a broad sweet of Miller welders, even small hobby units. A heavy-duty steel spring strain reliefs at the front end of the whip helps to prevent kinking and cable fatigue, extending service life in demanding environments. The neck of the gun is nice and compact.

This gun is a direct replacement for the classic MIG gun that shipped with old Millermatic and Multimatic 250 amp welders. It is also a perfect fit for those with 200 amp Miller welders that are finding the OEM gun just can't handle the heat they are putting through it.
