These Binzel M8 contact tips are made from Chrome Zirconium (CuCrZr) at their core which is 50% harder than standard Electrolytic Copper (E-Cu) making it significantly more resistant to mechanical wear. The additional silver coating greatly enhances conductivity and increases heat dissipation. That means smoother current flow, less heat buildup, and slower wear — so the tip lasts longer and gives more consistent welding performance.
