A well built, plug and play direct replacement plasma cutting torch for use with the Hypertherm® Powermax®45XP/65/85/105 in CNC applications. This torch is designed as an overbuilt direct replacement to the Duramax® series of torches.

The Intellicut machine torch has a removeable spring loaded insert in the head of the torch that allows you to quickly and easily switch between using OEM Duramax® consumables, and Intellimax consumables. The functional difference between the two styles is that OEM puts a spring on the end of each electrode, while Intellicut puts the spring in the torch body itself.

This torch uses Intellicut i-105 consumables, which have cutting tips for amperages ranging from 30-125 amps, as well as specialized consumables for fine cutting, gouging, flush cutting, high access, and more.
