160 Amp MIG Gun - Tweco Mini Style Consumables

The Tweco #1 Mini style MIG Gun is a compact, aftermarket OEM-compatible product designed to match the size, balance and consumable compatibility of a genuine Tweco #1. The Mini is ideal for light-duty fabrication, maintenance and hobby welding.

Built for lower-amperage MIG applications, this mini gun offers excellent control and maneuverability, especially in tight spaces and thinner material work. The lightweight handle and responsive trigger are perfect for awkward out of position welds commonly found in body work.

Compatible with classic Tweco #1 consumables, which are incredibly cheap and easy to find while also offering a particularly small and compact front end.

The back end of this gun natively fits Lincoln PowerMIG welders, but can be modified to fit ESAB welders by switching control plugs. The power pin connection is left intentionally minimalist and slim to ensure that this will fit into the connection port of even the lightest duty of MIG welders with the smallest of plastic housing. This is the style of gun that shipped with old Lincoln MIG and flux core welders that run on single phase power, only with an extra 2' lead length. Best suited for welding .023"-0.35" wire.
