Intellicut Ohmic Retaining Cap 420156-i

Intellicut brand, OEM compatible ohmic sensing retaining cap for use with Hypertherm® Duramax125® plasma cutter. Intellicut retaining caps are manufactured in Italy to exacting standards, and are 100% OEM compatible. Suitable for mechanized cutting with an ohmic sensing lead.

  • For use with Duramax® HYAMP™ style consumables
  • Engineered for maximum life
  • Manufactured in Italy to the highest possible standards
  • For use in cutting applications up to 125 amps
  • OEM Reference part number 420156
  • Sold as a pack of 1

Options Available:

  • 35-65A (Fine cutting and low amp)
  • Up to 125A (general purpose cutting)

    ***This is a deviation from OEM standards. The 125A is equivalent to OEM spec, but for fine cutting we recommend the lower amperage option. This is a quality improvement beyond OEM spec, as cutting at 35 amps and cutting at 125 amps require different air flow patterns***

    • Hypertherm® Powermax125®
    • Hypertherm® H-125 plasma torch
    • Intellicut i-125 plasma torch
