The Cougartron FL10 Fluid Feed System is a productivity-enhancing accessory designed to automate electrolyte delivery during electrochemical weld cleaning. By pumping cleaning fluid directly to the brush tip, the FL10 eliminates constant stopping and manual dipping — saving time, reducing fatigue, and improving cleaning consistency.

Designed as a stand-alone, stationary system, the FL10 is ideal for workshops performing regular weld cleaning on longer welds, larger components, or heavily oxidized stainless steel surfaces.

The FL10 eliminates the need to stop working midway through a clean to dip your brush into the acid.
