This gun is the perfect choice for Welders using a 200 amp compact welder such as a Lincoln PowerMIG 215/211, Miller Multimatic 215/220, ESAB Rebel 205/215, and even budget brands like YesWelder, Everlast, and Arc Captain. It is intended as a high quality alternative to the low quality, light duty MIG guns that tend to ship with compact MIG welders. The 12' lead is the longest lead you can consistently feed wire through from a small two drive roll system, and the Bernard Centerfire consumable system will exceed your expectations.

Our 200 amp Bernard style MIG gun is a hand-picked aftermarket product that replicates the build quality and feel of a genuine Bernard BTB MIG gun as closely as possible. The small B series curved handle is made a of a hard plastic material that does not yield, and can be 1:1 interchanged with OEM service parts. The standard trigger provides the same satisfying "click" you expect from the OEM product. By default, the gun includes a rotatable neck that does not require tools to change, but any Bernard neck can be installed in it's place to suit user preference.

At the back end of the gun, the power pin has the same heavy duty construction you expect, with the built-tough plastic housing your work environment requires. Both ends of the whip include steel spring strain reliefs that prevent kinking and degradation at the most critical points in your weld leads. 

When performing a complete tear down side by side between this gun and the OEM BTB gun, there are a small handful of places where the OEM gun is superior, but when it comes to the meat and potatoes, there are more similarities than differences.
