It is hard to find cutting electrodes for my S-65 torch and I was excited to find some on Weldready. I placed my order and within a few hours I was contacted by Drake who was filling my order. He said they had everything except they were short one electrode. He offered to ship the items they had in stock and refund me the difference or wait a week until they get all of the items back in inventory. I told him to ship what they had. He immediately refunded the cost of the electrode and within a few days I had my order. Extremely pleased with the service and will be ordering from Weldready for future needs.
