The Fronius MTG 320i MIG Gun is a carefully selected aftermarket, OEM-compatible product designed to match the fit, performance and consumable compatibility of a genuine Fronius MTG 320i—at a more practical price point.

Built for modern Fronius MIG systems, this gun delivers stable arc performance up to 320 amps and is well suited for fabrication and production welding. The handle and trigger match the fit and feel of the OEM gun, and the overall build quality is rock solid. This gun is 1:1 compatible with the same consumables as found on air cooled OEM Fronius MIG guns found on Transsteel 2700 and 3000, as well as Fortis 2700 and 3000 MIG welders.

The FS (Fronius System) connection allows direct integration with all North American Fronius wire feeders and power sources. Reinforced strain reliefs help protect the cable from kinking and premature wear in daily shop use.

This gun is a common purchase for those that want to get a beefier gun connected to a Fronius TransSteel 2200c or Fortis 2200c, but it is also purchased by customers that need a replacement gun for a larger model Transsteel that were horrified to see the current price of OEM guns. It's lead length is 12' long which ensures that it can still feed aluminum with the correct liner and contact tip.
