This 400 amp Bernard style MIG gun is a hand-picked aftermarket product that replicates the build quality and feel of a genuine Bernard BTB MIG gun as closely as possible. The large B series curved handle is made a of a hard plastic material that does not yield, and can be 1:1 interchanged with OEM service parts. The standard trigger provides the same satisfying "click" you expect from the OEM product. By default, the gun includes a rotatable neck that does not require tools to change, but any Bernard neck can be installed in it's place to suit user preference.

At the back end of the gun, the power pin has the same heavy duty construction you expect, with the built-tough plastic housing your work environment requires. Both ends of the whip include steel spring strain reliefs that prevent kinking and degradation at the most critical points in your weld leads. 

When performing a complete tear down side by side between this gun and the OEM BTB gun, there are a small handful of places where the OEM gun is superior, but when it comes to the meat and potatoes, there are more similarities than differences.

This gun is the perfect choice for Welders using a Millermatic 350, Lincoln PowerMIG 350, or any other welder that maxes out around 350 amps. It is intended as a high quality offering at a fair price for those welding steel up to 350 amps, and using either .035" or .045" wire. For heavier duty applications, we recommend considering a Tregaskiss style MIG gun.
