TIG Torch Adapter for Popular Chinese TIG Welders

Use this adapter to get a high quality CK Worldwide TIG torch on your basic welder purchased from Amazon etc. . Many of the cheap Chinese welders come with a not-so-good TIG torch that has unusual fittings hard crimped on to the lines.

Luckily, CK Worldwide has you covered, with the SL2-35-M16 adapter. With machined brass fittings made custom for your welder, you can get any CK Worldwide air cooled TIG torch on to your....budget friendly....TIG welder. 

If you bought a cheap Chinese TIG welder, and your gas port is male and threaded, this is the adapter you need to get a quality American TIG torch.

Please note, this is a standard dinse 35 fitting, precision machined in the USA. Brands such as YesWelder may have inconsistent dinse connections. Most machines are plug and play, some require a small amount of filing. This is not a Weldready or CK worldwide issue, this is a China issue! As long as the power connection is dinse 35, and the gas line is M16, it will  work in the end!

This product need to be modified to be used on my yeswelder TIG 250P, but i expected that...other people had similar issues. Just hacksaw off the end and file the end smooth and square... it'll fit.

Good functionality but poor fit

The item was advertised as fitting the yeswelder however I had to shorten the brass by about 1/8 of an inch to get the locking mechanism to engage. Works as advertised.

Not as advertised for YesWelder CT2050

First, I don't blame Weldready. Second, it's a cheap Chinese welder I expected to encounter limitations.

That said, the lug on the adapter is too long to fit in the CT2050 without removing material. I can't afford to wait to use my machine so I trimmed it. Now it works fine. Just beware some modification might be needed.

Tig torch adapter

I am very pleased with this product although a little skeptical at first. It assembled well and worked perfectly. My main reason for getting the adapter was so I could use the CK line of torches which are more lightweight and flexible than the one that comes with the welder.
