Weldready is proud to present it's very own brand of modular fixture and welding tables. We have taken our learnings from a history of selling European made tables, and worked closely with a factory in China to replicate their quality and features at a fraction of the cost.
Our System 16 Tables start with premium, low-alloy, high tensile strength Q355B steel, while the System 28 tables start with through-hardened 42 CrMo tool steel. The three dimensional table surface is welded with a series of reinforced ribs BEFORE machining is performed to ensure exceptional flatness and zero warpage throughout the tables life. The edges have a smooth radius, and each individual hole has a countersunk finish to completely eliminate any rough finishes ensuring a premium "feel" to the table. After machining, the entire assembly undergoes a plasma nitration treatment that yields an incredibly high surface hardness of 750+ Vickers. The plasma nitration is not just a surface coating; it is penetrated a few thou into the steel which prevents spatter from sticking to your table. After that, a Black Anti Rust (BAR) surface treatment is performed which ensures your table stays beautiful for years to come. Finally, oil is applied to the table before getting sealed in plastic and built into a wooden crate.
