Intellicut Consumables for i-105 Plasma Torch

Intellicut brand consumables for the i-105 plasma torch. This consumable style is modelled after the tried tested and true Hypertherm® Duramax® style, with some slight tweaks made based on decades of experience and customer feedback. The primary deviation from OEM standards is that the 220842-i electrodes do not include a built in spring, but the spring is built in to the torch body instead. This helps keep consumable costs down, and ensures superior conductivity, as the permanent spring is much stronger, and conductivity occurs between copper and brass, without a steel spring intermediary.
