Main Filter for ESAB EPR-X1.1 PAPR Respirator

Both belt buckles broke. The retaining clip that holds the battery cap on the unit itself also snapped. Already had a warranty claim, which was painful to deal with. ESAB has a terrible warranty process and even worse customer support. Took a week of emails just to get the warranty processed.

Worth noting all of these parts broke the first week. I sit at a chair and weld so it certainly wasn't being abused. At this point I'm just waiting to see what breaks next. Next time I'll go back to Lincoln. Far better warranty and warranty process. Replace the belt immediately if you buy one. Something that slips all the way through the pack and the back support. The stupid velcro crap they have can pop off whenever. Mine fell off on the couch the first time I tried it on.

Beyond that the airflow seems to work and after almost a month of use the filter still reads as "full". ADF is a good size, looks fine with the yellow lens, haven't tried clear.

Overall very disappointed. Won't buy ESAB ever again.
