The Furick Moose Knuckle #14 Ceramic Cup is designed for DC polarity applications and provides exceptional performance. With an inside diameter of .875 inches/22mm, it is recommended for 3/32 / 2.4mm tungsten size and can handle a maximum of 180 amps on constant amperage (higher with pulse settings). It is ideal for welding mild steel, stainless steel, chromoly, titanium, inconel, and other space-grade alloys, making it versatile for various applications such as header tubes, chassis tubing, and flat welding. It is important to maintain the shape of the diffuser and remove and reinstall it if necessary, ensuring stable arcs at low amps to prevent arcing off the diffuser. With a recommended gas flow of 25-30+ CFH, this cup offers superior performance for your TIG welding needs.
