Apply to all threaded locations on your Cougartron machines to avoid seizing while maintaining conductivity. 

Cougartron CopperPlus grease has a heat-resistant and anti-seize effect and it also maintains the connectivity. It should be applied regularly on wand threads, brush threads and cable connections.

Cougartron CopperPlus grease has a heat-resistant and anti-seize effect when used on:

  • cables
  • wand threads
  • brush crimps

The Copper Plus grease is proven & tested with the Cougartron weld cleaning equipment and should be used on a regular basis to keep the joints clean of acid and to prevent seizing.
